All appointments are curated intentionally to deliver a refined, uninterrupted luxury braiding experience. Please review the information below before booking.
ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICES
All services include clean, professionally prepared hair.
Clients do not need to bring hair, extensions, or additional materials unless otherwise stated.
Hair Length Requirement
A minimum of 4 inches of hair all around is required for all braiding services.
If your hair is shorter in any area, please send a DM for approval before booking.
Additional Charges
Shorter hair requires extra time and technique. If approved, an additional fee will apply.
Bookings that do not meet this requirement may be declined, adjusted, or subject to additional charges.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
• A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received
• Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment
• Accepted payment methods: Cash or E-Transfer
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time
• Rescheduled appointments must be moved to a date within the same month
• Cancellations within 48 hours or same-day cancellations incur a 50% charge of the total service cost
LATE ARRIVALS
Please do not ring the doorbell earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed
• Arrivals after 15 minutes incur a $20 late fee
• Appointments delayed 30 minutes or more will be canceled and charged 50% of the service cost
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
• Hair must be washed, detangled, and free of product buildup
• Please arrive with hair fully dried and ready for service
• Braid styles cannot be changed on the day of the appointment
